The Big Yellow

The other day I was driving in my neighborhood when I saw a beautiful Maple tree set against a background of a gray house. I took a mental picture and then went back with my camera. I was so excited to use this image as an inspiration but did not expect this spread to show up… I forgot how much I love to expect the unexpected..

Enchanted

While traveling with my family in Spain this summer I felt like I didn’t bring enough art supplies. I used the few water colors I brought, some paper I was able to get there and was thrilled to find out how little I need to make myself happy.
